Participants learn how to create confidential, low-barrier spaces; offer nonjudgmental support without taking on a rescuer role; build accountability without shame; and recognize when concerns require a secure referral to qualified services. The program is designed for teams supporting newcomers and other community members who need practical, respectful human connection.
