About
This workforce integration program supports newcomers and other job seekers as they prepare for work, build confidence, and gain paid local experience. Participants receive one-on-one resume development, job readiness workshops, and practical guidance for navigating Canadian workplace expectations. The program also provides pathways into low-barrier, dignified paid community service maintenance tracks in landscaping, winter operations, commercial cleaning, and facility sanitation. By the end, participants will have a stronger job search package, verified Canadian work history, local references, and practical safety knowledge for entry-level maintenance work.
